ISLAMABAD: Fifty members of provincial and national assemblies along with senators have not yet submitted details of their assets to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Geo News reported Monday.
According to the ECP sources, as many as 52 parliamentarians have not yet submitted their asset details. The notification to suspend their memberships will be issued today, ECP added.
Three senators and 13 MNAs are included among those whose asset details are yet awaited.
Eight MPAs of Punjab Assembly, 11 of Sindh Assembly and four members of Balochistan Assembly are yet to submit the details.
Sources added that senators Rehman Malik, Faisal Raza Abidi and Mustafa Kamal have not yet sent their asset details to the ECP.
