LPG quota case judgment reserved by Supreme Court


ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved the judgment in LPG quota case, Geo News reported.

A three-member bench headed by Supreme Court Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing the case here.

The court winding up the hearing reserved the judgment of the case.

Pakistan Muslim League-N leader, Khawaja Asif had filed a petition against the auction of the LPG quota. The petitioner had made a plea that the auction of the LPG quota was not conducted in a transparent manner and had prayed for its annulment.
