PESHAWAR: Afghan refugees in tribal areas and several districts of Khyber Pukhtunkhaw including parts of the provincial capital city here observing Eidu-ul-Azha on Tuesday, Geo News reported.
Sources said that the Afghan refugees offered Eid-ul-Azha prayers at five open places in the city here and specially prayed for the security and safety of the country on this occasion.
While Eid-ul-Azha prayers were also offered in Abbotabad, Mardan, Bannu and other districts of KPK besides Mohmand Agency, Khyber Agency and other tribal areas, where in observance of the Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi Afghan refugees slaughtered sacrificial animals.
