ISLAMABAD: The Civil Judge Malik Awan Friday ordered the police to submit the case record against former president Pervez Musharraf in the Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case today, Geo News reported.
During the hearing of the case here, police told the court that the investigation officer, Yusuf, who prepared the challan (charge sheet), has been transferred and, therefore, the police sought further time for submission of case record.
Later, the court directed the police to submit the entire case record against the accused Pervez Musharraf today.
